Cesar was born in Jacksonville, Florida, to a Spanish father and Black mother, both with Native American ancestry. Despite a challenging childhood marked by his parents' frequent absences and a turbulent home environment, he developed a strong sense of self-sufficiency and motivation.

At the age of 24, driven by a passion for music and acting, he relocated to Los Angeles. In pursuit of his dreams, he enrolled at the prestigious Beverly Hills Playhouse, immersing in theater and honing his craft.

His journey led to numerous opportunities, and it was during this time that Storyteller Rebecca Armstrong recognized his unique talent and handpicked him to speak at a significant event. This pivotal moment marked the beginning of his public speaking career.

Today, he is dedicated to building a career in public speaking and music, emphasizing the profound connections we share through stories, movies, dreams, and the broader human experience. His work aims to inspire and unite audiences by highlighting the universal threads that bind us all.
