Mentored by Rebecca Armstrong, a storyteller and friend of Joseph Campbell & shaped by teachings from Sri Lankan & Tibetan Buddhist monks, Cesar weaves timeless wisdom & personal insights to inspire resilience, inclusion & meaningful connection in every audience.
Foster is a poet, postpartum doula, award-winning filmmaker & mom of two whose work centers on transformation & authentic expression. Her poetry explores identity, motherhood & the human experience with a soulful, cinematic perspective. As a postpartum doula, Foster supports parents through transitions with healing, nourishment & compassionate care.
