Cesar Cardona | Growth Mindfulness Educator & Speaker

He teaches the principle of Inner Stillness, Outer Action—equipping teams with practical tools to manage stress, navigate change, and lead with compassion.

Born and raised in Florida, Cesar Cardona drove to Los Angeles in 2014 with nothing but determination—sleeping in his car and building his life from the ground up.

Shaped by a tough and divided childhood marked by cultural and political extremes, Cesar delivers transformational keynotes and interactive workshops that blend personal storytelling, emotional intelligence, and mindfulness-based practices. Certified in Mindfulness from Rice University, his approach is grounded in years of study with Sri Lankan and Tibetan Buddhist monks and mentorship from renowned storyteller Rebecca Armstrong, a close friend of mythologist Joseph Campbell.

And where we had thought to travel outward, we shall come to the center of our own existence. And where we had thought to be alone, we shall be with all the world.
